In order to excavate the related resistant genes in kenaf root-knot nematodes and explore molecular mechanism of interaction between nematodes, based on obtained gene NPR1 nematode from by transcriptome sequencing, PCR RACE technology were used clone full length in kenaf, was named as HcNPR1 this study. The cDNA to has a 2 058 bp, its open reading frame (ORF) is 1 776 bp (Chr: 164-1939), which encodes protein 591 amino acids, with an isoelectric point 6.02 weight 65.321 ku. This 4 conserved domains NPR1 gene shared plants. Real-time RT-PCR results showed that expression changed significantly after stress mmol/L jasmonic acid (JA), salicylic (SA) ethylene (ET). HcNPR1 expression induced JA ET stronger than SA. reached maximum when it treated SA for 12 hours, time strongest induction response 6 hours. trend three hormones increased rapidly first then decreased. Therefore, speculated plays role resistance nematodes. study can provide theoretical basis genetic improvement varieties prevention control disease future.
